Once upon a time I conducted an opinion poll just wanted to share some best of the best out of it.

There is a saying ; If at first you don't succeed, destroy all evidence that you tried"

Then if you have not succeeded in proposing a gal what kind of evidences should be destroyed.
What say about the girl.

Some of the replies :

1) In case of a girl if someone fails to propose and needs to destroy the evidence then the proposal is for fun or the feelings were not genuine

2) erase memory of the girl..I will say , there is a guy in series of Heroes who has the power to wash the memory..so you can go to him because otherwise.There are always chances that someone may come to know..from her

I have been perplexed by this complex query since yesterday. I thought and I thought...and then I thought some more. When it became clear to me that thinking alone is not going to solve the problem, I consulted several law books and eminent lawyers and have reached the following conclusion:

If you have not succeeded in convincing a girl to marry you, you can destroy the evidence like phone records, flowers or other gifts that may have been exchanged, photos, restaurant bills, and memories of all people who knew you did such a thing (though I doubt if present technology can achieve that...wait for 20 years).

As far as the girl herself is concerned, as she is a living being and not a 'thing' she is to be treated as an eyewitness and not evidence. Your status message talks about the kind of evidences that need to be destroyed, of which I have provided you with a comprehensive list. If you feel there are certain items not covered, feel free to include them. The girl is an eyewitness and hence as per your SM, cannot be 'destroyed'. I'd personally use the memory-erase trick on her, but yeah, after 20 years. In conclusion, what you choose to do with the girl is your problem and yours alone.

hmmmmmmm.
Quiet interesting logic.
But I see a flaw in it, your arguments regarding the girl are through third persons or girls point of view. But through clients (person who fails) perspective she is evidence, as act of proposing was tried on her. So I will still say she needs to be destroyed: D.
Regarding your only valid point of gal being a living being .We will come up with some argument to prove it wrong. As sharir to nashwar he and its all moh maya. ( will consult our law firms and get back soon )
For your fee payment through all mentioned sources please wait 20 years, by then you will naturally forget about fee without even using memory erasing trick.
