You Want To Win Or You Want To Succeed
When we win, do we succeed? Or when we succeed, do we always win? We never bother to think about this, do we? Many a times we are so obsessed with will to win that we don’t bother to think where we are reaching and are we really after winning. Now a day’s even small children play to win not for joy or fun or recreation. Winning only makes us happy, not playing. Winning matters the most how so ever it may come we just want to be a winner not giving a thought at what cost. This is the impact of the output driven work culture and system which asks you to deliver to meet deadline to achieve higher growth rate, increase efficiency. Many a times I feel we are like a racing horse .Not even knowing what wining is, but want to reach there and deliver under the pressure and being pushed for it. We never observe at many a times we actually loose even though we are victorious.
No doubt winning is important. But I feel succeeding is a term more universal and considering more aspects.
How I define Succeeding?
Satisfying yourself, core shell (people who matter to you) of yours while achieving what you are working for or towards. How is this going to be different? We all are brought up in a family culture where we stay and live together. Where we inadvertently learn and follow the habit of sharing, through joy or sorrow, be it laugh or scream. The bottom line remains we like to share and we care. How, with whom, where are really not significant.
So while wining we many a times forget this basic need of ours sharing and caring, considering others. This starts a feeling of being left out not only in your surrounding people but also within yourself when you are deprived of joy, satisfaction. Initially like we too tolerate small things bothering us everybody ignores this feeling of left out or separated. But as things start accumulating we start feeling the heat.
While winning we you may not succeed but while succeeding you will definitely win and will achieve more.
This will have a lot of opinions and counter arguments like wining is not always what I have said but after all it’s what I feel.
I define success as not a fruitful gain always but a determined step forward.
So I will like to succeed, what will you prefer?

Life
You cannot explain it in a single sentence.
That’s Life too big in itself.
For us life is like a blank diary with no other information with no lines and margins. It opens every day new page for us and we draw our own lines margins on it and leave the day by our own way.i Every day same thing happens, in this monotony of life we forget the fact that its us who are drawing the margins and deciding the limitations for ourselves.
In our daily schedule it’s us who can bring in new things, new ideas and new concepts. When we are drawing the margins for our self at the very same moment we decide our fruits which we want and we work for that. The very basic fact that it’s us who draw the margins and ultimately decide the goal can surely modify the same to accommodate something else like we did for the existing visualized goal.
The moments of feeling lost and why am I here are the outcomes of monotony of your life, it’s you and only u who can revitalize it.
The answer to feeling ki why am I doing this is again ultimately given by self introspection reveals a presence of responsibility which makes u work.
What is God?
Ever seen, heard still we believe in it. When do we go to God generally when we are stuck or don't find a way then we take time out we pray , right. What happens actually is we concentrate and recollect our self we get a person’s idea or a thing which will help us that is God. What we talk to him is why we wanna tell ourselves, we want help when we seek it from him it’s like we are reiterating to self that yes I have to work.
so keep working whether you think about fruit r not its always true that you will have to work.
Its like a vicious circle of life
A lion in Africa wakes up in morning and thinks he has to run faster than weakest Deer ,otherwise he will starve.
A dear thinks he has to run faster than the fastest lion otherwise it will die. So moral of the story you have to keep working whatever you want or not.
For your personal dreams you have the whole blank page with you to draw margins where ever you want.
Spice Of Indian Culture
In a program, organized by Spic Macay IITK chapter (a voluntary organization which promotes Indian culture for the youth), on Manipuri Dance, no need to say that it was superb but while watching, it created ripples of thoughts in my mind and made me think.
This Dance program made me think how diverse we are, how unique we are, how rich and magnificent cultural heritage we have. I, born and brought up in Maharashtra, tried to relate their sense of dressing, enacting ornaments to culture which I have seen, which I know. And to my surprise I found connections which actually made me to sit and watch .Actually I had planned to leave early as I was sure that I will get bored but to my surprise I watched it till end.
I found sari there but it had a different and unique way of wearing. I found Manipuri ornaments or instruments were similar to our own Maharashtrian tradition. Dholaki was there with two of its Manipuri versions which were the real star of whole event.
Songs that were sung were alien but the gestures, the emotions were understood like I have known it since birth. Clearly proving the fact that how insignificant words are at few moments.
The elegance and delicacy of dance was so effective in conveying the emotions. Really portraying the delicacy of a human relation how really they should be not like the one which we see and may be experiencing in our day to day life.
The youth of this country needs to be given an exposure to this real culture of India which will make them at least aware of a newer dimension and reality about our own things and reality about who we are.
Like me till today I did not have disrespect about such things but felt like these things are not meant for me. But a single exposure of today made me think so much.
Kudos to Indian culture for its diversity and uniqueness for having such a rich culture in its each part which itself is renowned.
As said by today’s maestro every art evolves through its own needs and availability so this diversity needs to be understood before judging and acknowledging it.
That’s why we say we have unity in diversity.
